Our first GH1/GH2 piece!

This was a particularly fun project, shot for aixtrid.com, inspired by David Hubert’s
fantastic piece for “Esquivel”.
I chose the Panasonic GH1 (my GH2 was not here yet) mainly because of the two lenses most appropriate for this project. The Lensbaby Composer with Tilt Transformer in M43 mount for the blurry, mystery drawings and the Voigtlander Nokton 25mm f0.95 for the shallow depth of field and the close up capabilities (up to 6.9 inches/17cm!) without close up lenses or tubes! The work space was very limiting, practically no room to move lights around, I used 3 MiniPlus Lightpanels and custom cut foam core reflectors. Music and sound design by
