The BEST movie theater proposal EVER!!!
Posted on 19. Apr, 2011 by planetMitch in 7D, people, T2i
As a companion to the “Flawless” movie trailer by Kevin Shahinian, we present this video (with additional materials about the proposal) from Josh Pies and his friends that was shot with a much lower budget ($500).
“I produced it and was one of the 3 cameras on the shoot. You’ll see me in the background of the actually sappy proposal portion with the shotgun mic in hand – my name is Josh Pies (joshpies.com)
It was 2 7d’s and a T2i by the way”
UPDATE: This video is currently in a competition for “best engagement story ever!” Please vote at http://libertytravel.strutta.com/entry/101027 so we can win a honeymoon for our upcoming wedding!” Todd Cavanaugh asks Elisabeth Baldanza (Miss New York, 2007) to marry him with the help of his own action movie trailer. Filmed by The Sound Tank: (“I Fought For You”) Director/ Editor – Andrew Manzano, Camera/ SFX – Dave Bode, Producer – Josh Pies, Trailer voice – Charley Barnes. (All others credited in the video.) Special thanks to the Hyatt Regency Rochester. For the story behind the proposal, visit http://www.thebasicguy.com/blog/im-getting-married.
