This is a spec spot I shot regarding Gillette. I wanted to move away from the typical razor commercials that show animated diagrams, discuss number of blades, and closeness of the shave, etc. Instead, I wanted to make the commercial less about the product and more about the type of people that use the product – a take on the subject that really intrigued me.

So, I took the saying “it’s the clothes that make the man” and worked with it…
